Privacy Policy
SizeChart.xyz is a static reference site with one interactive tool: the size converter on the homepage and its two variant pages. This page explains, in plain language, exactly what data is and isn't collected when you use it. The short version: there are no accounts, no cookies, and no size selections sent to or stored on a server.
The size converter runs entirely in your browser
When you pick a category and a size in the converter on the homepage, the shirt size chart, or the women's plus-size chart, that selection is processed entirely by JavaScript running in your own browser. Nothing about which size you chose, which category you were browsing, or how you used the tool is sent to any server. The only thing saved is your last selection, stored locally on your own device using your browser's localStorage, purely so the tool remembers your choice if you come back to the same page later. That data never leaves your device and is never visible to us.
You can clear this stored selection at any time using the "Reset" link inside the converter, or by clearing your browser's site data for sizechart.xyz through your browser's own settings.
Analytics
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies, does not track individual visitors across sites, and does not build advertising profiles. It reports aggregate information such as how many people visited a page and which country traffic roughly came from, and nothing more specific than that. Because it doesn't use cookies or any other persistent tracking identifier, no cookie-consent banner is required or shown on this site.
No advertising network, third-party tracking pixel, or cross-site tracking script is used anywhere on sizechart.xyz.
Feedback
Some pages include a small "Was this tool helpful?" prompt. Clicking it sends a single anonymous signal (just "yes" or "no" for that specific page) so we know whether a chart is working well for visitors; no personal information, IP address, or device identifier is attached to that signal. The "Send feedback" link next to it is a plain mailto: link that opens your own email client addressed to contact@sizechart.xyz; anything you choose to write and send there is a normal email, handled the same way as any other message sent to that address, and is entirely optional.
What we don't do
To be explicit about the things this site deliberately avoids:
- No user accounts, logins, or passwords anywhere on the site.
- No cookies of any kind, tracking or otherwise.
- No sale or sharing of any data with third parties, because no personal data is collected in the first place.
- No advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or cross-site identifiers.
- Size selections in the converter are never transmitted to a server; they exist only in your own browser's local storage, on your own device.
Hosting and technical logs
Like effectively every website, the infrastructure that serves these pages keeps short-term technical logs (things like IP address, browser type, and requested page) purely for security and reliability purposes, such as detecting abuse or diagnosing an outage. These are standard server-operation logs, not an analytics or tracking system, aren't linked to any individual profile, and aren't used for anything beyond keeping the site running and secure.
Children's privacy
This site isn't directed at children and doesn't knowingly collect any information from anyone, of any age, since there's no account system or data-entry form beyond the local, on-device size selection described above.
Do Not Track
Because this site doesn't use tracking cookies or cross-site identifiers in the first place, a browser's "Do Not Track" signal doesn't change anything about how the site behaves; there's nothing to opt out of that isn't already off by default.
Why the sizing charts don't need personal data at all
It's worth being explicit about why a size-conversion tool like this one doesn't need an account, a saved profile, or any personal measurement history to work. Every chart on this site, the general XXXL/XXXXL converter, the shirt and jersey chart, and the women's plus-size chart, is a lookup against a fixed reference table: you pick a category and a size, and the result is computed instantly from that table, entirely on your device. There's no reason to store which size you looked up, when you looked it up, or how many times, because none of that information makes the tool more useful the next time you visit; the reference table itself doesn't change based on your history. Keeping the whole thing stateless (aside from the one local convenience described above) is a deliberate design choice, not a limitation.
Changes to this policy
If the tools on this site change in a way that affects what data is collected, this page will be updated to reflect that, and the update will be reflected in the page itself; there's no separate mailing list or notification system to sign up for.
